Recent News and Releases

Okay, before we get started…I’m still not shutting up about our Kentucky Derby Party coming this Saturday.  If you haven’t signed up for it, please consider doing so.  This is for a great cause (St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital) and will be one hell of a time!  Go to our Facebook page, and check out all the info.  While you’re at it…click on over to Great Lakes Prep, where Nick has been running some great articles on the Kentucky Derby and will be all week long.  Great stuff!

Now…on to the news.  I want to combine a few things here that are going on right now that I’m pretty excited about.  Both Atlantic Drift Clothing Co. and Hudson Sutler have some really cool stuff that has just popped up.

The boys at AD just keep knocking me over with new ideas, and this one is tops.  Right now on their Facebook page, they are having a contest to give away a few of their new turkey calls.  If you’ll remember a post earlier where I showed a close-up picture, wondering what it was…well this is it!  These things are lethal as well as good-looking.  I know that Nathan and Thomas have killed several turkeys with this particular model, and now you can have one with the Atlantic Drift logo on it.

Up next, Hudson Sutler has just released their new duffel bags for spring/summer.  These things look even better than the last round of bags…if that’s possible.  I know first-hand how great these bags are, and now Grant Hewit has some new colors up to choose from.  Be sure you head over to the Hudson Sutler website, and check it out!

Well I think that’s it.  KD Party 2012? check.  Atlantic Drift? check.  Hudson Sutler?  check.  This is shaping up to be a great spring!

Atlantic Drift: Tailgate Series

The other day I was visiting with Nathan over at Atlantic Drift, after I noticed the picture above on their Facebook page.  This is one of the visors from AD’s upcoming “Tailgate Series”, specifically for the University of South Carolina fans.  I probably know some people from Lubbock that might like this color as well.

Soon, they will announce visors featuring the colors of four more schools.  As an industry insider…nope that just makes me laugh too much.  As a good friend of Atlantic Drift, I have been privy to the other four colors.  Good luck trying to drag them out of me though.  That’s just something you’ll have to wait and see.

To be sure you find out as soon as everyone else, be sure to “like” their Facebook page.  We would be mighty grateful if you would “like” our Facebook page as well!
